After someone reversed into my car and never left details, I had to book my car in for a new front bumper. Collected my car today, looks brand new, excellent service and very honest, I would definitely recommend this business.

After being in a terrible accident, my car was smashed up really badly! i took it to accidental as they were located close to home and easy to get to. My car was back to me within a reasonable time and it was outstanding!! my car looked incredible!! it looked brand new!! i dont know a whole lot about cars but i do know from what is was (in the accident) till after i got it back it was just brilliant! very happy with my car and the service this company provided! i was always kept up to date with what was happening, i was shown all the work that had been done once it was finished and i was personally asked if i was happy with the job and made sure i was happy before i left!! i would highly recommended this company to anyone looking to get work done! very reliable and honest!

After being reversed into and no one leaving a note I was extremely upset as my car is brand new. It was a pleasing experience to have done business with Mark. He is extremely professional and did the repairs in a time appropriately as per my needs. He even lent me his own personal vehicle for the weekend so I was not stranded to get to family events. His quote was very genuine and I did not bother to wander here and there for the repair job on my car as Mark had done small repairs for me in the past. Learning the excitement of reverse parking, i hit my bumper against a wall, and also managed to graze it underneath. The bumper was bruised and a my feeling too, sadly :( Following recommendations from colleagues at work, I got a quote from Accidental Smash Repairs (Mark). The quote was competitive. That started me happy. And later, when i collected the car, it was an awesome feeling!!
